Hi, we’re glad you’re here.
Good Mood Circle is a space created for people who need to talk but don’t want to be judged or analyzed. If you’ve ever left a conversation with a friend or partner feeling more raw, unseen, or ashamed than before, you’re not alone. Sometimes, you just need a supportive space to vent and be heard. That’s what this is.
We offer trauma-informed supportive conversation therapy, which means we approach your concerns with care, compassion, and awareness of the deeper emotional wounds that may shape your experiences. There's no pressure to perform or explain. You can show up exactly as you are: angry, tired, confused, quiet, or overwhelmed.
Maybe you have trouble forming a bond with your therapist because of your insecure attachment style. Or maybe sitting across from someone makes you minimize your pain and smile through the discomfort, due to your boundary challenges.
Here, you don’t have to worry about being face-to-face. Your therapist remains anonymous, so you don’t have to carry the emotional weight of managing another relationship. You’re allowed to focus fully on you.
Do you downplay your feelings when you speak to someone in person? Do anger and sadness feel like emotions you have to push down or control? Here, you’re encouraged to bring all of it to the surface, unfiltered and honest. Your needs are valid, even if they make others uncomfortable. Remember, you can disappoint someone and still be a good person.
One call, or even a single email, can shift the direction of your day, your mood, or how you feel about yourself.
And if you still feel fear, know that fear is a form of trusting yourself. It means you care. It means you’re ready to try.
You can book a voice call or email session, whichever feels safer for you. No pressure. No judgment. Just a place to land.
You deserve that.
