About
Hey, I’m Jin.

I’m a writer, a curious human, and someone who cares deeply about mental health and living a life that actually feels good, not just looks good on paper.
Writing is how I process the chaos, connect the dots, and explore what it really means to live a meaningful, intentional life. Here you'll find a mix of research, personal reflection, and practical ideas on things like self-awareness, mindset, productivity (the kind that doesn’t burn you out), and slow living. I don’t pretend to have all the answers. But I do believe that when we pay attention to ourselves, to each other, to what really matters we start to create better lives from the inside out.

Why You Freeze and How to Push Forward Anyway
This site is built around a simple idea: that our mood is shaped by a quiet system of interconnected parts.
To explain this, I wrote Good Mood Circle — a book full of metaphors, analogies, and dry humor that reflect how I make sense of life. It’s part reflection, part roadmap, and fully human. I hope you’ll give it a read.
